Can I ask questions before buying to get free advice?

No. Pre-purchase discovery calls aren’t a service I offer. Most pre-sales questions are answered on this page. The pricing is transparent, the deliverables are listed, the philosophy is published. If you need to understand whether this fits your situation, buy the Basic Setup ($299) — if the setup turns out to need a different tier, we credit it toward the upgrade. That keeps us focused on customers who are actually ready to fix the problem.

What is Cloudflare Pro and why do I need it for Advanced / Full?

Cloudflare’s free plan is great for basic CDN + DNS, but the advanced security features (WAF rules, Super Bot Fight Mode, custom rate limiting, DDoS L7 protections) require the Pro plan, which is $25/month billed by Cloudflare directly — not by us. You’ll need to add Pro to your Cloudflare account before or during setup. We’ll guide you through it as part of the package.

How long does setup actually take?

From purchase to fully protected: 3–5 business days. DNS migration takes the longest (24–48 hours for propagation). Rule configuration is typically 4–8 hours of hands-on work. We don’t rush it — the difference between a quick setup and a correct setup is measured in chargebacks 6 months later.

Will Cloudflare slow my site down?

Almost always the opposite. Cloudflare’s network is faster than most hosting CDNs, so most sites see significant Core Web Vitals improvements after migration. Edge caching reduces server load. The only scenario where Cloudflare adds latency is on heavily customized hosting where the Cloudflare proxy actually does add a step — but that’s rare and we’ll flag it during setup.

What if I’m already on Cloudflare free?

No problem. We work with your existing setup — same package pricing applies. We’ll audit what you have, fix anything misconfigured, then layer in the protections specific to your tier. Existing Cloudflare configs are often actively hurting performance because they were set up incorrectly. Common.

Do you maintain Cloudflare after setup?

Full Protection package includes a 30-day post-setup adjustment window where we tune anything that’s blocking legitimate traffic or letting threats through. After that, ongoing maintenance is available as part of our monitoring retainer (separate service) — or as needed at $150/hour. Most stores don’t need ongoing maintenance once it’s configured correctly.
