What if my issue isn’t strictly WooCommerce?
If it’s eCommerce or WordPress and it’s broken, I can probably fix it. WooCommerce is my specialty, but I work with BigCommerce, Shopify, custom carts, hosting issues, DNS, Cloudflare, payment gateways — basically anything between your customer and a completed order. If it’s clearly outside my scope (custom enterprise software, off-platform), I’ll tell you on the diagnosis call.
What if you can’t fix it?
Rare, but it happens — usually when the issue is on a third-party we don’t control (your payment processor, your host’s infrastructure). If I can’t fix it within the scope of an emergency engagement, I’ll refund the $599 in full and document what’s broken so your next provider can pick up where I left off. No fight, no fine print.
How do I give you access to my site?
After you purchase, I send you a secure form to share WordPress admin credentials and hosting access. For Cloudflare or DNS issues, I may need temporary access to your Cloudflare account too. All credentials should be changed after the fix is complete — I send you a reminder when we’re done.
Is $599 the total, or are there upsells?
$599 is the total for standard emergency fixes. If during the diagnosis I find your issue is a multi-system failure that requires more than 4 hours of work (genuinely rare), I’ll stop and quote you on the additional scope before continuing — your $599 still applies as a deposit. You can also decide to walk away at that point. No surprise invoices.
